Royalty free footage, what does it mean?

Once you purchase one of our royalty free collections, you may use all the clips in broadcast, non-broadcast, and Internet productions as long as you wish.

You may not resell or license any of the shots to any other person or company.

What is the advantage of purchasing  Royalty free footage?

Simply, you get more for paying less.

Traditional video footage licensing fees start at around 25 U$ per second for a single broadcast use. Imagine the flight of a manta ray over a tropical coral reef, just one shot, length: 30 seconds , costs: 600U$ for a single use plus research fees, dubbing costs, etc. .

For the 600U$ you can get around 10 minutes of underwatercam royalty free footage and use all shots as long as you wish.

So, it is not just about saving money, it is about making money.

You can charge your clients for the use of every single shot you place into their production. Shot by shot, client by client.

There are of course exceptional shots in our library we cannot sell royalty free. For this high above average shots we would be delighted to offer you the service of our traditional underwater stock footage library.

All our footage is shot on 3CCD mini DV PAL camcorders like the Sony VX2000 or the TRV 900, and is broadcast quality currently in 4:3.

The fact we are shooting every day gives us the luxury to keep only the very best of our shots.
